At that time, I had just presented a personal project consisting in six prints about Ancient Greek Lyrics Poets: Camilla Boneschi, who works for Rizzoli Libri, liked it and that is why this assignment came to me. I have a special passion for Ancient Greek and this book about Circe and other myths, so I worked in a very spontaneous natural way. I focused on every single figure and on creating a link between them and the Greek sea. The moon behind them is the magic final touch (Circe is a sorceress). Landscape and natural elements are very important in m work. I exchanged drafts and ideas with Camilla and her office, and she spoke to the author of the book too. I loved this work.
