Cover for the book of Ruth, a biblical story in which Ruth’s day-to-day collection of barley gleaned from the Boaz’s fields represents God’s provision and promised plan for the Messiah through her descendants. The widows Ruth and Naomi are matriarchs that were grafted into the messianic family line.
