Medium: Pencil and ink by hand, digital color with Photoshop

These illustrations accompanied a long story about a personal experience with ayahuasca. It was a challenging commission, as the piece was very rich in detail and what I tried was avoid being redundant with what was said, but try to add another layer of meaning to the story, with symbolic and hallucinogen visuals.
