The mural was commissioned for the 400 sqft exterior of a San Francisco Chinese restaurant. It is about a crane finding its soul mate. The hope was to infuse a hint of Chinese culture into the Lower Haight neighborhood. The style is inspired by Chinese cloisonné, with malachite green background and gold outline.
