This was my contribution to the art compilation book The Art of Change (In Support of Black Lives). This is a piece which contemplates how generational wealth and specifically home ownership disparity affects the African American community, and how it directly relates to stability of living, family, health, etc… It’s included in the section of the book geared towards hope, and I set out to create an image which deals with a difficult topic in an optimistic light.
