SI MoCCA Festival is Manhattans’s largest independent comics and cartoon art festival. This multimedia event draws nearly 9,000 attendees and 500 exhibiting artists that exemplify the limitless aesthetic and social power of comics and cartooning.
During SI MoCCA Fest, exhibitors display and sell their work at Metropolitan Pavilion (125 W 18th St.) and award-winning artists conduct lectures and panel discussions at the SVA Flatiron Gallery (141 W 21st St), mere steps away.
Exhibitors are eligible to enter the SI MoCCA Festival Awards of Excellence, an award given out to recognize the most outstanding works on view at the Festival. Artists winning this award will be acknowledged on our website and receive a pen tablet donated by Xencelabs.
