Saturday Morning Sketch Brunch

Light Brunch, Bottomless Mimosas, Longer Poses!

Artists of all skill levels are invited for Saturday figure drawing at the Society of Illustrators, hosted by Johnny Dombrowski. Chairs and sketch boards will be provided, but artists should come prepared with their own art materials.

Guests are also invited to enjoy a light brunch and bottomless mimosas.

With his gravity-defying sculptural poses, versatile style and fantastic costuming, Brendan Patrick McGlynn has been one of the most sought-after models for illustration and fine arts alike. In addition to his long-awaited return to the Society of Illustrators, you may find him at other renowned venues such as Minerva’s, the Art & Design Drawathon, Brooklyn Sketch Night,  the Art Students League, FIT, NYU, Pratt, SVA, NYAA, 92Y, and many other institutions. Brendan is also a popular fusion dancer, instructor, and co-host of The Pearl Dive with his partner, fellow muse/dancer Arielle.
