ABOUT THE RECEPTION

There will be light appetizers and a cash bar available in the Third Floor Gallery. The terrace will be open for guests’ enjoyment.

Drinks and food must remain on the third floor.

The Lower Gallery will be closed during the Awards Ceremony.

TICKET INFORMATION

Artists with work in the show are eligible to receive one complimentary ticket for themselves.

Art directors with work in the show are eligible to receive one complimentary ticket for themselves.

Names must match the Society’s records for in-show artists and art directors in order to receive their complimentary tickets. Reservations required.

Please note that in-show Artists and Art directors only receive complimentary tickets to the event(s) that feature their work. If you wish to attend both events, but do not have work featured in both parts of the show, you will need to purchase a ticket for the other event.

Please purchase an additional ticket if you plan to bring more guests. Attendees’ names will be saved to a list held at the front desk.

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may not be exchanged for another event. If you are unable to use your ticket, tickets may be converted to a donation by emailing info@societyillustrators.org.

Due to limited capacity, tickets may sell out in advance so please reserve promptly! Thank you!
