It’s always an engaging challenge to illustrate for Anthony Lane’s film review column for The New Yorker. Why? Because you basically have to pretend like you’ve already seen the movie, and then make an illustration to prove that you did (when really, you didn’t since the film is not set to release for another few weeks).
