In the initial sketching phase, we explored different options for the cover, several types of water, like ocean, rainfall, but for the final choice we went with the scene that conveyed the best feeling. The fresh clear, juicy droplets in the grass, in the morning set the perfect mood for the book. My favorite detail is the little ladybug, because it makes the landscape come truly alive.
