I was inspired by a vacation to California this summer and the pictures I took to create a personal piece with the sensation of mystique and ritual but within a familiar setting. Mainly, I wanted draw around a big summer sky and those memories of wandering outside when everything is burning blue and the concrete is too hot to touch. The rest is a playful sandbox with charming hints of something apocalyptical, something magical.
