«Native American Warriors» is a series of digital illustrations based on the main Native American cultures that inhabited the continent before the Spanish conquest.
Each illustration tries to honor the heritage of the first civilizations that inhabited America, as the beginning of a long history of traditions, cultural, ritual and artistic richness. Each culture integrates a universe of symbols, deities and its own customs, which showed me marked differences between them, but at the same time, many interesting similarities. This concept was interesting to me as a driving force to reinforce a message of union between the different Native American cultures.
