MoCCA Arts Fest IG Takeover: JOOHEE YOON WITH ENCHANTED LION BOOKS

To celebrate our return, and in preparation of the MoCCA Arts Festival, the Society presents an Instagram Takeover series! For one hour illustrators and comic artists will take over our Instagram account and share art demos, provide studio tours and answer questions live.

Join Enchanted Lion Books Live from the MoCCA Art Festival venue on FRIDAY, APRIL 1st @ 4pm, for a behind-the-scenes look at JooHee Yoon’s latest book, SUPPOSING... An illustrator & book-maker informed by a rich background in printmaking, JooHee Yoon will share insights into her layered, wonderfully textured visual world, and what it was like to reimagine this fresh, playful text from the beloved poet Alastair Reid. Publishing with @EnchantedLion Books this summer, EARLY copies of this dazzling celebration of the imagination will be available (+ signed!) at MoCCA tables B 162 & 163, along with special, limited edition posters.

About the MoCCA Arts Festival:
The Fest will take place April 2 – 3, 2022 from 11:00AM – 7:00PM on Saturday and 11:00AM – 6:00PM on Sunday. Now located in a new, modern and spacious venue, Metropolitan Pavilion’s large floor plan and high ceilings provides a bright and well-ventilated space for all guests at the Fest. Located at 125 W 18th Street, Met Pavilion is nestled in the heart of the Chelsea neighborhood, and is within walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions. Programming will be a few steps away at the SVA Flatiron Gallery, located at 133 West 21st Street.
